We are so glad you are interested in volunteering at Manas Festival. If you join us, you will have the opportunity to create a magical space where music, art, spirituality and the power of community meet!

Important information about volunteering:

Manas Festival CONSTRUCTION CAMP (06.28-07.09.): We recommend it to those who already have experience in construction camps, are not afraid of physical exertion, working outdoors (even in bad weather), and like to work in a team.

HELP DURING MANAS FESTIVAL (07.10-07.13): We recommend it to those who take on simpler tasks during the 4 days of the festival and enjoy connecting with festival-goers. Therefore, it's good if you like the hustle and bustle and reinvent yourself in unexpected situations, but are also happy to spend a few hours with more monotonous tasks.

Manas Festival DEMOLITION CAMP (07.14-07.17): Similar to the construction camp, we are looking for team members mainly for physical work. This is the place for you if you want to enjoy the Manas atmosphere after the festival.

What we ask of volunteers:

filling out an application form
being 18 years of age or older
accepting and signing a volunteer contract
participating in occupational safety training
learning about the job
reporting to work in a fit state according to the position and job
minimum 5 days of work
6-8 hours per day depending on the period and how many days you can commit
if you volunteer during or after the festival, we ask for an advance payment, which you will receive back after the shifts you have worked

What we give in exchange for volunteering:

Manas festival pass
3 meals a day
a tent site for your own tent, with the possibility of early booking

It will take 5-8 minutes to complete, so please only start if you can spare the time!

Feedback will be sent to those who are selected and they will be contacted by email with details.
