Bodywork*:
a method using physical touch in order to teach us to pay attention to our body and feelings. This method considers these two as areas from where self learning and self transcendence stem and can be brought up. Ideal to work on problems that origin from young age (0-3).
Art therapy:
this methodology uses the creative processes of the various forms of art (music, dance, fine arts, drama, literature, etc.) to practice and heal at the same time the non-verbal communication of our thoughts and feelings.
Psychodrama*:
it helps us primarily in paying attention to our feelings and thoughts, from where we can lift ourselves out and grow ourselves further in our quest for self learning and self transcendence. Ideal to work on and heal traumas we suffered after age 4.
