As the youngest son, growing up in the shadow of his older brother and his heartless gang, Andris came under the spell of colorful machines and press button gadgets very early on in life, creating his own dream world. As he elaborates: “I started using audio editors in 1994, I made house-like music with a program called Fastracker, and we made a remix of Queen’s Another one bites the dust song with a record player and a pc…”, which in itself is enough to suggest fishy aesthetics. Then came goatrance. 

He first came across this genre in 1996 at a party organized by Kenguru, where he fell in love with the style and following the path of a spoilt dandy, he spent quite a lot of pocketmoney on vinyl records. 

At that time in Hungary there were already many talented DJs spinning psychedelic music, like Oleg, Jirzsij and Virág, but the psytrance scene was still in its infancy, so it was easy for Andere to have his place in the sun. (This is history, but if healthy goasnobism had developed at the right time in Hungariandom, Wegha Andere might not have been able to crush the parties that the committed performers cultivating the profession with humbleness and on an artistic level had built up with engineered preciseness during the night.)

So it happened in 1998 that Wegha’s name also appeared on the lineup of the Halásztelek Party, regarded cultic today as the Hungarian pioneer of open-air party series, and then stayed there throughout a whole decade, for what seemed an eternity.

Then, as one of the permanent actors of the Budapest psychedelic scene, he kept ascending towards the world’s stage at the side of the great and unrepeatable dj Virág: from 2000 to 2005 they hosted Sunday Deep Smile sessions to fame, and in 2001 Turbopauza was formed, a popular live-act (bass guitar, conga/percussion, KORG SX sampler, Roland Phantom keyboard), as many believed, deservant of a much better fate than met.

The formation had lots of gigs ’till 2008, among them on the main and chill stage at Ozora.

This, of course, in no way satisfied Wegha’s aspirations: from 2007 he was also co-managing a club, the justly infamous/famous Szociál KLub in Közraktár on the bank of Danube, the headquarters of his own club-nights featuring international psytrance artists, with which the inglorious achiever has appeared at several places in the Budapest nights since then.

Ten long years had to pass for this pleasant fairy-world to get fed up with Andere’s conceit, arrogance and inexpertness… but finally, at the 2008 O.Z.O.R.A. Festival (psychedelic tribal gathering) the visitors did not have to read his name among those in the lineup. However, Destiny – this capricious and cruel dictator of our lives – once again put the long-suffering, treehugger colony’s tolerance to the test: the Organizers could do nothing else but put Wegha on the main stage in place of Simon Posford, who was verifiably absent due to sickness. The ‘dog and pony show’ then called a dj set, was followed by a longer, almost ethereal silence, to our biggest relief… and though our plain old common sense would have made us expect seven years of Canaan after seven years of famine, unfortunately, belieing the Bible, after a short break, 2010 became the truly black letter year for every refined partygoer, for this was when Wegha Andere, this wolf in sheep’s clothing ‘einstand’-ed the best weekday, Thursday: at Margit Island’s duly popular ChaChaChaCabrio in the summer and setting up base at the U26 from autumn. Then everyone’s fears came true: there was a new crack in the psychedelic space-time continuum: at the revived Halásztelek in the Pilis, and we could also hear his unworthy shows on Avatar too.

And all of those people who still had hopes that the disturbance in the Force would cease and the divine order of the Universe would be restored, underestimated Wegha, this psytrance Anakin Skywalker.

Because this villain, having deposited his soul at the feet of the Devil by way of a Faustian contract, would sure enough yank even the angels from the heavens – there’s no question about how he got to the head position of an international festival. Stuff like this happen and that’s it.

Originating from the second generation of goa-trance DJs in Hungary, Tsubi swiftly ascended to become one of the busiest in his country. By the mid-2000s, he solidified his status as a resident or frequent guest at the region’s most prominent party series and festivals.

It was through his remarkable sets at Ozora and Sun festivals that he garnered international recognition, paving the way for performances abroad starting in 2010.

In 2014, Tsubi was invited to join the renewed Ozora Festival team, where he is playing an important role in shaping the festival’s musical identity and contributing significantly to the global acclaim of the radiOzora platform.

He got signed as a label DJ to BMSS Records (2015), and later to Sangoma Records (2019), and also to Stereo Society as an honorary member (2024) and created 5 popular compilations so far.

MAD MAXX is the result of years of hard work, perfecting a unique sound, embodying all the travels, experiences and parties of the past 20 years. The music is a mix of trance, ethnic and deep sounds, with a strong kick and ominous bass line, an electro touch,emotional chants, and at times nostalgic atmospheres, with a BPM ranging from 138 to 145in general. Különbözõ zenekarokban játszottak a 90-es években, Ivy mint billentyûs pszichedelikus rock befolyása alatt, Tomi gitárosként produceri poszton, több év képzõmüvészeti, stúdio es kisérleti elektronikában szerzett tapasztalattal. 

Az ezredfordulóhoz közeledve az ambient és a techno világa felé fordultak, játszottak a Szigeten, Frankhegy-partikon, Halásztelken, Cökxpon rendezvényeken sok egyéb buli, koncert és elektronikus-zenei parti mellett.

2004-ben egyesitették erõiket az Ozora fesztiválon, eredetileg a fõ zenekar side projektjeként hivták életre az Aurafood-ot.

Hasonló elképzelésekkel de újabb zenei stilusokkal a repertoárban a chilltõl a psytrance-ig, dobgépekkel, analogszintikkel, gyakran más hangszeres zenészek   társaságában jelentek meg a szinpadokon.

Around 2010 Ricky started exploring the magical realms of psychedelic music through his classical eye and realized how psychedelia is connected to his previous studies – the trancey melodies, and the complexity in structure.

His first project Frequency Less was born in 2011 resulting in intelligent Psybreaks and downtempo music production. He has collaborated with artists such as Hedflux, Bad Tango, Chris Voro, Split&Jaxta, etc.

In 2015 he launched his psytrance project Render to start practicing his skills on more powerful beats. After only some months in the studio, he was releasing and playing on Mutagen Records alongside big and well-known artists on the psytrance global scene.

His unique style is a mix of creatively blended night atmospheres and vigorous bass lines. Unexpected combinations of catchy vocals and acid funky grooves make the journey super energetic and fluid for the dancer, without missing the soul and essence of the psytrance self-exploring experience.

She has a lot of parties , festivals and clubs gigs under her belt, all across Brazil, and in 2007, her blasting performance at the Universo Paralello, cemented her as an artist, and she has been a regular performer at the festival every year, ever since.

First ever Brazilian woman that was part of the casting of the renown Israeli label Hommega Productions, she went to Israel (which was her first tour abroad) in 2009, playing at the famous Forum Club in Beersheba, Ultra Sound club in Haifa and she played a special techno set at Pinguim Club, Tel Aviv.

 In 2016 graduation ceremony, at a prestige Anhembi Morumbi University in São Paulo, Steph takes her passion to the next level and graduates in Electronic Music Production. She had her first tour in 2019 In Mexico, spinning decks at famous Poison Festival, San Juan Teotihuacan, Rebirth Festival in Morelia and for Metacortex crew in Monterrey.

After 2 years in 2021, she came back to Mexico for her second tour, playing in Mexico City, Isla Mujeres and Monterrey. Shortly after, she was invited to join the famous Indian Psytrance label, Digital Om Productions. Currently, she is a resident DJ at the open air Universo Paralello Festival, Bahia, Brazil and also at Club A, in São Paulo, Brazil.

Steph’s passion doesn’t stop there, as she is the head honcho, founder and owner, of the known Brazilian booking agencies,  Wav Bookings, with the super-talented, top-notch, both international and Brazilian artist in the iconic roster, she brings to the scene innovative and fresh music, making sure that it’s the highest quality.

Ondrej is an experienced dj who has been active in the psytrance scene since 2004.

As the label manager of Mystical Waves Records, he has promoted many prolific producers, releasing 8 compilations, managing artists bookings for the Digital Forest Festival and organising parties in Czechoslovakia. With a passion for old classics and for finding new sounds to bring to the dancefloor, Ondrej regularly plays at festivals across Europe. In his sets he transmits the best of his rich and forever expanding collection of music, mixing beats ranging from 140 bpm (progressive psy) to 152 bpm (night psytrance).

He joined Purple Hexagon Rec. as a label dj in 2019, bringing with him his wide knowledge of psytrance music and his long experience in connecting artists and dancefloors in East Europe and beyond.

I have been interested in music since my childhood. I went to a music class in elementary school, where I played the piano every break. I listened to everything from alternative to rock, from hip-hop to symphonic music. The breakthrough came in 1997 when one of my friends took me to a “goa” party. In 1999, I was determined to become a DJ. (2001-2012. E.T.) I was one of the most sought after “goa / psy” djs in Hungary. Then came the new trend, progressive psytrance, and I really found myself here, this style is the closest to my heart. I was also able to perform at the best venues and festivals, including the main stage at OZORA. In 2012 I started writing music together with my child’s mother, For the past five years I’ve been writing music alone under the name “Morning Star”.

Az első Goa bulimra 2019-ben jutottam el, ahol Electric Universe fellépése után megtaláltam az abszolút kedvenc alműfajomat, a UK Psytrance-t. 2022-ben kezdtem el foglalkozni a zenéléssel Attractor néven. Setjeimet energikus, kemény basszusokkal és agycsavaró effektekkel teli trackek köré építem, de nem állnak távol tőlem a lassabb, lágyabb progressive zenék sem, idén az utóbbival készülök. Mixeim 140–146 bpm között mozognak.

Dj Mist, azaz Nemes Ádám, 1986 nyarán látta meg a napvilágot, aki hamar, már korai tinédzser korában is pörgette a lemezeket, az akkor meghatározó zenei stílusában a drum’n’bass-ben. Dj Mist, aka Ádám Nemes, was born in the summer of 1986. In his teenage years he started spinning records of drum’n’bass, it all started with elemental tracks like Dieselboy-The Render, Atlantic State and Scythe (V2), and finally Ed Rush’s Optical Kiss100 mix lit the flame in his heart. In 2001, he got his first mixer, a first series Reloop RMX-20, and then 2 turntables. Ever since his love for dnb and the respect for the vinyl has remained.

After a few years, he spread his wings, and today his specific musical style and direction developed, which was significantly defined by his first O.Z.O.R.A experience in 2008, with the musical experience of performers such as ASTRIX, ASTRAL PROJECTION, ANANDA SHAKE, XEROX & ILLUMINATION, TALAMASCA.

His versatility also shows in his musical style. He mainly plays progressive / psytrance / nightpsy and dark, peak time and  minimal techno. With many events and performances behind him, he truly  lights the party on fire!

Norbert Láposi fell in love with psychedelic culture in the 2000’s. Later in the 2010’s he began to envision his own take on psychedelic music forming Eltawave as a dj project. The closest to his heart are psytrance and progressive-psytrance, but he also loves modern Fullon music. Playing in a bpm range of 138 to 147.
His style include tribal vibes with low-key melodies on top of deeply rolling basslines and clean sound.
He has been part of the Hungarian Selenium Team and Goa.hu family since 2020. He performs regularly in Budapest and many other venues in the underground music scene. His music has also travelled to some European countries, including Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania and various major festivals such as:

Láposi Norbert a 2000-es években szeretett bele a pszichedelikus kultúrába.
Később, a 2010-es években jött az elképzelés, hogy a pszichedelikus zenét dj projektként hozza létre EltaWave néven. Szívéhez legközelebb a psytrance és a progressive-psytrance áll, de imádja a modern Fullon zenét is. 138 és 147 közötti bmp tartományban játszik.

Otthon, majd a zeneiskolában, tánciskolában, kezdetektől napjainkig, mindenféle stílussal találkozott, és egyfajta életfelfogásnak tekinti a kapcsolatát vele. Sosem volt egy otthonülős kislány, mindig lázadozott, ezt a környezetében mindenki tanúsíthatja. Persze kitűnő tanulóként jól leplezte “másságát”, hogy ő nem egy hétköznapi eset, de közben járta a saját útját, megélt minden pillanatot, és néha a kelleténél kicsit jobban élvezte a szabadságot.

Folyamatosan költözött, pár évente új városba, de mindenhol megtalálta a jó embereket, jó bulikat. Tizenévesen már igazi rockker volt, aztán találkozott a punk, a ska, reagge, a hip-hop, metál, nu-school, alternatív, és jazz, blues műfajokkal. 16 évesen elkezdett undergound bulikba járni, és elkapta a gépszíj, elkezdett bakelit lemezeket gyűjteni, ezt pedig követte a mixelés. Aztán buliszervezés, fellépések. Kedvence a breakbeat, és hirdeti, hogy igenis van még jövője! Mellette gyűjt még drumandbass, tech-house, techno, house, psytrance lemezeket is, mert zenéből sosem elég.

Szeged Sun Cityből indult dj pályafutása 23 évvel ezelőtt, akkor goát és breakbeat-et, drumandbass-t játszott, majd Székesfehérvárra költözött, ahol már elkezdték elismerni munkáját. Onnantól kezdve minden második-harmadik héten mindig más bulikban zenélt, más helyeken, fellépett vidéken szinte minden városban, kijutott külföldre is többször, és Budapesten is szinte minden klubban volt már vendég. Zenélhetett az undergound zenei szcéna nagyjaival, akik isnpirálták őt és tanult is tőlük. Sok rádióban megfordult, mint vendég vagy műsorvezető.

Most már több mint 15 éve Budapesten él, azóta már Európában szinte mindenhol fellépett, volt dj lány (She Fire -A38) és techno (MadCity) csapat tagja is. 9 éve visszatért a gyökerekhez is, és újból elkezdett goát játszani, 7 éve pedig csatlakozott a Solar United Natives közösséghez, és a S.U.N. fesztivált segíti. Két éve elvégzett egy hangtechnikus képzést is az A38 berkeiben, jelenleg pedig zeneírással foglalkozik, és új zenei projektekbe fogott.

Deep basslines, dynamism, emotions, this sums up the sound of Cheeky, who’s been in touch with music since her childhood. She’s been studying music in school for 8 years and has played on 4 instruments so far. Then came the teenage years with revolt, and she started her career as a DJ over 23 years ago in Szeged, often labeled as the City of Sunshine. Besides the surrounding smaller cities she has also performed in festivals and in other countries also. She has performed in almost all of the dance clubs of Budapest. Her favourite genres are techno, psytrance and breakbeat, she’s kind of a front-rank performer locally. Besides those styles, she’s collecting drum&bass, tech-house, and house vinyls and cds too. 7 years ago she connected to Solar United Natives (S.U.N. Festival – Hungary) as a goa dj and as an organizer. She graduated from a sound engineering school a year ago and started writing/producing her own music. Zoenak gyerekkora óta szenvedélye a zene, kisiskolás korától zongorán játszott, már akkor hatalmas gyűjteménye volt kedvenc előadóinak kiadványaiból. Tinédzser éveiben érdeklődni kezdett az elektronikus zene iránt is. 2013-tól vesz részt psychedelikus zenei rendezvényeken, ekkor a full-on műfajjal ismerkedett meg elsőként. 2017 tavaszán hallotta először mi is az a progressive psytrance, mely műfaj dallamos, melodikus hangzásával áll leginkább közel a szívéhez azóta is. Ennek hatására úgy érezte a zenehallgatásnál többre vágyik, saját mixeit is el szeretné készíteni, ezért beleásta magát a dj-zés tudományába. 2020-ban barátnőjével megalapította a beatKätz csapatot és saját rendezvények szervezésébe is belevágtak, melyek szintén a progresszív vonalat képviselték. Ezután 2021-ben lehetőséget kapott debütálásra a jól ismert Progressive Christmas partysorozat rendezvényén. 2024-ben a Manas Fesztiválon is fellépett majd az év végéig több goa.hu party-n a Dürer Kertben is hallhatta őt a közönség. Zoe lelkesedése a psychedelikus zene iránt kimeríthetetlen, mindig törekszik a változatosságra miközben hű marad kedvenc hangzásvilágához.

Zoe has had a passion for music since childhood, playing the piano at a young age and already had a huge collection of her favourite composers’ releases. In her teenage years, she became interested in electronic music. Since 2013, she has been participating in psychedelic music events, Full On was her first introduction to the genre. In the spring of 2017, she heard progressive psytrance for the first time, and it’s melodic sound has been closest to her heart ever since. It made her want to do more than just listen to music, make her own mixes therefore she delved into the mysteries of DJing. In 2020, she and her friend founded the beatKätz duo and started to organise their own events, which also had a progressive edge. Later in 2021, she was given the opportunity to debut at the well-known Progressive Christmas party series. In 2024 she performed at Manas festival and until the end of the year she appeared on stage of multiple goa.hu parties at Dürer Kert. Zoe’s enthusiasm for psychedelic music is inexhaustible, always striving for variety while staying true to her favourite sound.

He grew up in Budapest, then later travelled around the world, lived in Australia and in the UK for a while, and now he is living in the beautiful valley of Csobánkapuszta, home of the SUN Festival.

He always loved and collected music, fell in love with Kraftwerk at the age of 7, and organized the school disco when he became 12. As a teenager, he listened to all kinds of alternative music: new-wave, punk, EBM, dub, and so on.

In the early ’90s, his friends bought him some mixtapes from Goa and in a few years in 1993 with his friend Mush they made their first public „acid trance party”, where they mixed the music from audio tapes. After many parties, the next big influence was the Solipse in 1999, which totally changed his life. 5 years later he started to organize a festival at the same place as Ozora. That time the festival was called „Sonar Plexus”.

Until 2011 he was involved with organizing the Ozora festival. In 2012 they decided to search for new land for a new vision: a community festival. This is how S.U.N. was born, and in 2013 they organized the first edition. Oleg played at all major international festivals like Boom, Glade, Transition, but he loves to visit family size events too. His style is happy and melodic with a psychedelic touch.

AlphaKey neve ismerős lehet a hazai goa közösség számára. 2016-os feltűnését sorra követték a felkérések, majd 2018-ban a Psychotria Records vette a szárnyai alá, mely a gyorsabb éjszakai psytrance ütemek egyik hazai képviselője.

A psytrance mellett szereti a lassabb ütemeket is, szeretettel játszik zenont és dark progot.

Utóbbi 2 stílus által motiválva 2019-ben barátaival megalapította a Darth Frog Collective nevű csapatot, melynek célkitűzése, hogy itthon is legyenek minőségi zenonesque és dark progressive bulik.

I played many times in the Ozora Festival, S.U.N. Festival, Samsara Festival, Spirit Base, Transylvania Calling, Tribe Calling….but I also got chance to show my talent in Romania, Germany, Austria, Slovakia and Czech Republic. Over the past two decades, Botond has become the primary representative of progressive psytrance music in Hungary.

He developed a passion for the genre in the early 2000s and has since been drawn to the slower, groovier, more atmospheric and melodic side of trance.

In his home country, he is a member of the goa.hu family, and since 2018 he has been associated with the Serbian label TesseracTstudio as a label DJ.

Over the years, he has performed at numerous events and festivals across Europe, including O.Z.O.R.A., S.U.N. Festival, Daad Gathering, EXIT Festival, Waha Festival, Digital Forest, Sonica Festival, Spirit Base Festival and Paradise Festival.

In his DJ sets, Botond curates music for the moment, always looking for tracks that go beyond the dancefloor to provide a rich musical experience for the listener.

After many years of playing other people’s music as a DJ, 2024 marked a significant step in his career with the release of his debut track on TesseracTstudio. So far he has released 3 tracks on his favourite record label with more in the pipeline.

His own productions flawlessly capture his love for melodic progressive psychedelic trance – clean and groovy basslines accompanied by euphoric melodies reminiscent of the early years of the genre.

Patrick Chen (formerly known as PTX) has reinvented himself as ‘Animato’, with a new style that borders on a delicate meeting point of modern Progressive Psy-Trance. This project was a natural step forward, as Animato has gotten firsthand experience on the worldwide psychedelic circuit. After a few years of constant grinding in the studio, worldwide shows & performing on the biggest stages at events such as Boom Festival, Dreamstate, Psy Fi, & many more, he summarized his long journey in the fields of consciousness with a masterpiece debut album called ‘Harmonize’. Including guest appearances by Liquid Soul, Freedom Fighters, Ritmo, Perfect Stranger, Ticon & Sonic Species.

People refer to this work of art as ‘Animato’s book of memories’. Animato was always an expert in creating great progressive melodic tunes. Nekem a bulizás viszonylag későn érkezett el az életembe, 20 éves voltam amikor megtetszett a techno, es onnan már csak egy év volt, amikor megismerkedtem életem szerelmevel a psychedelic trance-szel. 

Dürer kert bulikon rendszeres résztvevő voltam, egyre többet adott nekem ez a műfaj a változatos világával. 

Pár év bulizás után azt éreztem nem elég a táncparkettet szétszednem, át akarom adni az embereknek, amit ilyenkor érzek, ekkor döntöttem el, hogy elsajátítom a keverés művészetét.

Imádom a melodikus dallamokat, így egy részben a progressive trance vonalat is képviselném, de a letisztult gyors ütemek amik igazán a magaslatokba emelnek, így főleg abban az irányban fejezném ki magam. 

Olyan szetteket szeretnék készíteni, amik pörgetnek, visznek, emelnek es szerelembe ejtenek, ahogy pár bulin én éreztem magam.

For me, partying came relatively early in my life, I was 20 years old when I got into techno, and it was only a year later when I met the love of my life, psychedelic trance.

I was a regular attendee at Dürer garden parties, and I was getting more and more into this genre with its diverse world.

After a couple of years of partying, I realized that it wasn’t enough to sit on the dancefloor, I wanted to give people what I felt at that time, and that’s when I decided to learn the mixed music.

I love melodic melodies, so I can take a progressive trance line in one go, but my clean fast tracks that really take me to the heights, so I express myself in that style.

I like to create sets that carry, lift and make you fall in love, like I felt at a couple of parties.

Avi Algranati aka Space Cat extremely multi-talent musician-producer and sound engineer who created his own sound signature already in the 90’s and managed to keep its relevancy till this very day. 

Avi showing great passion for music from a very young age, won first place at his first national DJ contest in 1988. Shortly after, at the age of 21, Algranati discovered the electronic music scene and in 1993 he build his first recording studio. Since then he has channelled all his energies and sources by creating Psytrance music or as we knew it then Acid music and after years of discipline and dedication of time he has finally managed to conquer the globe with his unique sounds & melodies. 

Over a rich career of a little less than 30 years, Space Cat released over 14 albums, that includes some of the greatest Psytrance hits ever written, performed on almost every stage, and formed some really successful collaboration projects like Cat On Mushroom (With Infected Mushroom), Alien vs The Cat (with Alien Project),  SpaceNoize (With X-noize), Indoor (With Oforia and Marko Goren) and more. In addition, Algranati had also released numerous tracks on various compilations as well as on the PlayStation 2 game “Gran Turismo 4”.

Rendszeres fellépője az itthoni és európai buliknak és fesztiváloknak, beleértve az Ozora fesztivált is. „X-perience” című szerzeménye 6. helyig küzdötte fel magát a Beatport Psytrance Top 100-as listáján. Zenéi olyan kiadókon jelentek meg, mint a Future Music Records, Digital Om Records, Nutek Records, Phantasm Records, Dacru Records.

With over 20 years experience in the industry, Beyond is considered a veteran of the psytrance scene. After his time at Stereo Society, he recently joined the renowned Israeli label Sacred Technology. He is also an integral part of the Goa.hu portal and promoter team, as well as a key figure in Hungary’s psytrance nightlife. Beyond’s track „X-perience” reached #6 on Beatport’s Psytrance Top 100 chart. His music has been released on prestigious labels such as Future Music Records, Digital Om Records, Nutek Records, Phantasm Records and Dacru Records. You can catch him performing at parties and festivals across Europe, including the legendary Ozora Festival.

In 2020, Yury joined the esteemed Goa.hu family, and in 2023, he signed with Mexico’s Divinity Records, further solidifying his influence within the Hungarian psytrance community.
Over the years, Yury has become a prominent figure in the scene, performing at countless parties and festivals across Hungary with his electrifying sets. His talent has also earned him recognition beyond national borders, where he has delivered captivating performances to international audiences.
One of the highlights of his career came in 2015 and 2023 when he performed on the main stage of the iconic Ozora Festival, a milestone that cemented his reputation as one of Hungary’s leading DJs. Today, Yury continues to captivate listeners with his dynamic „UK full-on” and psytrance mixes, featured monthly on Octopus Trance Radio shows, while also appearing at the Radiozora studio on occasion.
